Custom orders
Orders made to custom specifications, including custom colors or finishes, are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Non-custom orders with a lead time
Customers may request a refund for non-custom items that must be made and have a lead time. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the order has not shipped, no shipping charges apply.

Returns after shipping
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be denied. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
